Show context tips
If checked, context tips are enabled. On VERY slow PCs, it is better to disable
the context tips. Available also from toolbar menu.
Show reference tips
Show Strong # tips
Show morphology tips
Show gematria tips
Enables you to specify which kind of information is displayed in context tips.
Tip background color
Background of context tip – to change the color, click the colored rectangle.
Froozen tip color
Background of context tip, when is "frozen" (pressed Ctrl key) – to change the color, click the colored rectangle.
Tip width and Tip height
Adjust size of context tip window to fit your display resolution.
IMPORTANT: You can change size of tip when displayed by left button of mouse and resizing tip rectangle. Then use right button inside of tip and use Store actual context tip size
Delay [ms]
The period of time (in milliseconds) that the mouse pointer must remain stationary within an object (reference, Strong #, etc) before the context tip window is displayed.
Tip text zoom [%]
The text of tip zoom factor. It is possible to use different tip text size. Default value: 85%
Respect main text zoom
If checked, tip text zoom is not calculated from preset fonts size, but from actual size (with zoom respect) of text. It means that for text with zoom > 100% will be also context tip proportionally zoomed.
Context tip label
Enables you to change the attributes of the context tip text, mostly for reference texts from book.
Show tags in tip
Text in context tip depends on the selected source for tips (see items below). If you select tagged text of a book or lexicon, then you can select whether tags are:
1. displayed (all)
2. displayed as is set for the book where you are pointing (according book)
3. not displayed (none)
Default setting is: all.
Source files for tips
Select module (by buttons) as the sources for context tip for preview. When clicked, module selection dialog is displayed and you should select one module.
All fields can be empty, if you do not want to use context tips.
NOTE: In Davar4, it is not necessary to have source modules for context tip preview opened in window. Specified module files (if exists in \data\ folder) will be opened and closed on the background, when needed.
